Terms
1. Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If a reservation is cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation orno-show fees, according to the Hotel Cancellation Policy.
2. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and it has to be requested and confirmed by the hotel .
3. Occupancy: Room occupancy is based on the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Additional guests may be subject to additional fees. Guests are only allowed to occupy the room reserved under their name.
4. Payment: Reservations made on our website will only be charged at the time of check-in. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
5. Tax policy: A municipality/tourist tax of €2,00 per night per person, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, will be charged to guests aged 13 and above. VAT is also included.
6. Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property caused during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages or missing items.
7. Smoking: Our hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking in guest rooms will result in a cleaning fee of EUR 250 and any damages caused by smoking will be charged to the guest's credit card.
8. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
9. Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend all guests secure their valuables in the hotel safe or leave them at home. The hotel will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the hotel property.
10. Compliance: All guests must comply with hotel policies and all applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in eviction from the hotel without a refund. Guests must also comply with the hotel's rules and regulations regarding noise levels and any other activities that may disturb other guests.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the hotel is located.
12. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter here of. Any additional or different terms in any communications from the guest are void.
Cancellation Policy
Our hotel understands that plans can change, and we want to make sure that canceling your reservation is as easy and stress-free as possible. Below, you'll find our cancellation policy, which outlines the terms and conditions of canceling your reservation.
- Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or email, and be sure to have your reservation confirmation number handy.
- For cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, the guest will be charged for the first night's stay.
- No-shows will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
- Any changes to a reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
- Special cancellation policies may apply for certain rates, such as non-refundable or prepaid rates, or during peak seasons. We recommend that guests review and confirm the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.
